Wellness Hotel Vista

Newly built **** hotel with wellness and congress premises with a capacity of 100 rooms and 6 suites. The hotel is part of a vast ski area Dolní Morava

Local traditionally used materials dominate on the hotel’s facades. The stone base made of local stone evokes the plinth of mountain huts. The wooden siding of the residential part is made of surface-untreated larch planks. The gradual natural ageing of the tiles allows the building to blend in with the beautiful surrounding countryside
The building consists of two primary masses – the stone plinth of the hotel facilities and wooden three-storey blocks of hotel rooms. These two basic elements are separated by a richly glazed entrance floor, which allows a panoramic view of the beautiful surroundings. This part connects the two areas in terms of communication and acoustically separates them.

The entrance hall with reception is located in the middle of the layout and divides the floor plan into the left part of the restaurant and the right part of the facilities. This hall is the communication centre of the entire hotel. It is connected to the facilities on the lower floors and to the accommodation area above via lifts and the main staircase.
The hotel restaurant offers a magnificent view of the surroundings not only from the large terrace, but also through the all-glass facade. The à la carte restaurant is designed as a sheltered, intimate space where visitors can enjoy the offered culinary specialties. The reception is connected to the hotel management offices and the spacious hotel ski room with direct access...

The wellness world includes a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a Kneipp walkway, a whirlpool and a swimming pool. You can also visit a fitness room or enjoy several types of massages.

Project documentation in BIM

K4 a.s. developed an architectural study, which was followed by complete project documentation.

BIM software CadVent lindab was used on the project to coordinate the HVAC installations and 3D construction model. As a result, any changes to the project were displayed to all HVAC professions in real time and they were able to reflect them in their parts of the project.
