The project of the International Clinical Research Centre is one of the most important Czech scientific projects, thanks to the cooperation of the St. Anne’s University Hospital and the Mayo Clinic a unique research complex was created in Brno. The construction of the building itself was conducted with the full operation of the St. Annes University Hospital and in a very limited area.

The International Clinical Research Centre (ICRC) at St. Annes Hospital in Brno was built in two phases. The first was completed in 2012 and the second in 2015.

K4 provided the client with Project Management of the construction using the Project Management system, Technical Supervision of the client, Cost control, Document control, and Occupational Health and Safety Coordination.
