On the site of the dilapidated Sigma hotel and cultural house from the early 1980s, a modern building complex has been built, which includes the original renovated hotel, a new administrative building, and a new congress centre.
The eleven-storey mass of the four-star hotel dominates the forecourt area and provides its guests with fascinating views. The hotel offers one hundred and twenty-six double rooms, including two suites and one business suite. Event organizers can use the multifunctional Variable Hall with a capacity of up to 11 000 people and three additional lounges for up to 318 people. There is also a restaurant for 450 guests, a lobby bar and an extensive foyer. A fitness and wellness centre are also available as part of the relaxation services. Hotel guests can use the underground parking garage and the shops and services in the adjacent office buildings.
