The New Waltrovka Residences H1 and H2 build on the success of the completed Waltrovka project at the former Walter factory site, expanding the newly developed urban district in Jinonice. The new apartment building REZI H1, H2 offers 78 apartments with thoughtful, functional layouts ranging from studios (1+kk) to five-room apartments (5+kk). It consists of two underground and seven above-ground floors, with the seventh floor set back and an eighth-floor rooftop extension for one of the apartments.
This residential building is not a stand-alone structure in an open space but rather forms part of a row of individual buildings along the street. The H1 and H2 segments consist of four distinct street-facing segments, each with the scale and façade width typical of a single apartment building in Prague. These four “buildings” are distinguished by their materials, with four façade variants: red brick strips, white plaster combined with gray-brown brick strips, and plain white plaster. Most apartments have their own terrace or loggia.
The buildings feature two-story garages for convenient parking, including charging points for electric vehicles, storage lockers, and popular spaces for washing bicycles and strollers. The project was managed through a Construction Management system.
