Personal data means any information about an identified or identifiable individual; an identifiable individual is a physical person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, a network identifier or to one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
In some cases, we will ask you to provide your personal data in order to use certain features (such as email newsletters or order processing) or to participate in a specific activity (such as a consumer competition or other events). You will be informed about which data are mandatory and which are optional. We may combine the personal information you provide to us with other personal information we have collected from you, whether online or offline, including, for example, your order history, registrations, connections to professional content, and the following other sources: publicly available information sources (including data from your publicly available social media profiles). These terms and conditions shall take effect on 1 January 2023.

The legal grounds for processing personal data are the fulfilment of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, the legitimate interest of the controller to provide direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, your consent to processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) according to Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 (2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no goods or services have been ordered.
2. The purpose of processing personal data is to fill in the form on the K4 website; when participating, personal data is required, which is necessary for successful processing of requests (name, contact), sending commercial communications and doing other marketing activities.
3. On the part of the controller, there is no automatic individual decision making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent to such processing.
1. Recipients of personal data are persons involved in ensuring the operation of services, providing marketing services. The controller has the right to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.
2. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing/cloud services.
