Our experts then start the architectural design itself, which includes, among other things, the selection of a suitable location on the plot, the design of the individual floors, sections of the building and a visual model of the entire building.
K4 Architects & Engineers will provide you with all stages of project documentation in accordance with valid legal requirements, including the provision of the necessary expert surveys, assessments and studies. Our engineers will take care of discussing the documentation and ensuring final decisions.
We will also prepare the documentation for the construction assignment(tender documentation) and the documentation for the execution of theconstruction works. During construction, we carry out the author's supervision and at the end, we cooperate in securing permitting approvals and commissioning the building into operation. We will accompany you through the entire construction process from beginning to end as your partners and advisors.
